Mud Season is Upon Us!

With the upcoming "Mud" season, the Bistro will be closed begining March 24th through April, re-opening May 11th. At that time, we will open our season with a wine and Tapas preview, this night is reservation advised, we will be sampling the new Tapas menu that will be paired with a selection of wines from our 2012 wine menu!

Mardi Gras Weekend

Come celebrate Mardi Gras in Grand Lake at the Bistro. We will be offering Southern dishes, and in honor of Mardi Gras, we will be serving our own King Cake, babies and all! We will be baking the traditional "baby" into the come of our cakes, and guests who get the "baby" will recieved a $25 gift card to use at O's at a later date!

Cooking Classes are Coming

Friday June 10, was the long awaited grand opening of the new Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater, and their first performance of the season, Beauty and the Beast. O-a Bistro received the honor of providing appetizers and desserts for this anticipated event. Thank you RMRT for the opportunity to celebrate a monumental night with you, all of us at O-a Bistro wish RMRT the best of luck for the season and the future, and congratulate the cast and crew for an amazing opening night performance.

Welcome Chef Colin

O- a Bistro would like to welcome Chef Colin Sweeney to our kitchen. Chef Colin comes to the Bistro from Grand Junction, bringing with him a new face, culinary experience and menu ideas. Having survived our first busy weekend during Memorial Day in Grand Lake, Chef Collin is a welcome addition to our family here at the Bistro. If you are coming to town, stop in and meet Chef Colin.
