Shrimp Bisque with Sherry


Bistro salad with balsamic vinegrette and poached egg.


Main Dishes (choice of one)

Eggs Sardou - creamed spinach topped with poached eggs, artichoke hearts, hollandaise, sprinkled with diced ham. Served with lyonnaise potatoes


Smoked Salmon Breakfast Sandwich - Chive creme fraiche on English muffin topped with smoked salmon, herbed scrambled jumbo eggs and sliced avocado. Served with Lyonnaise potatoes

Marche Benedict - toasted brioche, topped with grilled tomato, sautéed asparagus and mushrooms, poached eggs and hollandaise. Served with lyonnaise potatoes.


Carbonara-  made with bacon, tossed with spagehetti noodles and topped with asparagus.




Bananas foster flamed table side.


Chocolate mousse with fresh raspberry
