Complimentary cheese and cherry blintz alongside a glass of champagne.


First Course – Choice of 1

- Italian Wedding with mini meatballs in a light chicken broth with orzo pasta.

-Watermelon Salad with feta cheese and fresh mint, finished with lemon


Entrees – Choice of 1

All Entrees are served with fresh yeast rolls

-Fried Chicken salad with grilled corn, red onions and beats on a bed of greens with house made ranch dressing.

-Shrimp Salad stuffed Avocado, served on top of a bed of lettuce with sliced tomatoes.

-Asparagus Quiche served with a green salad and choice of dressing.

-Salmon Benedict: Sautéed spinach, smoked salmon, poached eggs, red onion, hollandaise, and capers. Served with ranch potatoes.

-Sweet Potato and Italian Sausage hash served with eggs your way on top and a buttermilk biscuit.



-Chocolate Mouse with whipped cream and a blood orange sauce
