Creamy brie round wrapped with Phyllo dough then baked and drizzled with a Jam Good Time habanera cherry preserves . $6

Tender chicken wings deep fried and tossed in a rich garlic parmesan sauce and served with ranch dressing and celery.  $8.5

 

Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts

Fresh steamed Brussels sprouts skewered with Applewood smoked bacon then roasted and drizzled with balsamic and blue cheese sauces . $8

 

Chicken & Artichoke Pizza

Artisan pizza crust topped with a creamy garlic sauce, mozzarella cheese, tender chicken breast, sundried tomatoes and artichokes, finished with a light lemon infused olive oil.  $10

 

Stuffed Dates

4 Medjool Dates, stuffed with Manchego cheese and wrapped with speck then baked.

Served with a sweet and tangy balsamic reduction. $9

 

Mediterranean Bruschetta

4 slices of grilled baguette topped with fresh slices of mozzarella, Roma tomatoes and

basil leaves then drizzled with a sweet and tangy balsamic reduction. $8

 

Meatball Sliders

3 homemade meatballs slowly simmered in house-made marinara then baked with

creamy mozzarella cheese and served on toasted slider buns. $9

 

Shanghai Braised Pork Belly

Pork belly slowly braised then sautéed in a sweet and tangy Shanghi style sauce and served with Chinese pancake . $10

 

Escargot

Tender farm raised snails, shelled and baked in a rich garlic butter sauce and served with fresh sliced baguette. $11

 

Garlic Shrimp

7 Jumbo shrimp sautéed in a garlic infused olive oil with red pepper and a splash of

sherry, then served over grilled baguette slices. $13.5

 

Oysters "Roc"

6 oysters in the half shell, stuffed with a creamy spinach and bacon filling then topped

with garlic bread crumbs and baked and served with fresh lemon. $14

 

Charcuterie Boards

Slices of Manchego, Brie and Blue cheeses, thinly sliced speck, Genoa salami and cold smoked salmon, served alongside Mediterranean olives, dried Apricots and fresh sliced baguette . $16

 

Conservas of the Sea

 

An age-old Spanish snack food of  tins of seafood preserved in brines and oils. Served and eaten straight out of a tin can with thin slices of fresh ciabatta bread.
