Stuffed Dates: Large Medjool dates stuffed with Fontina cheese and wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon, pan seared and lightly drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Flatbread Pizza: Flatbread pizza topped with fresh sliced of tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil then baked.
Pepperoni Rolls: 3 egg roll wrappers stuffed with mozzarella cheese and slices of pepperoni, deep fried and served with our house made marinara.
Bruschetta: Fresh baked bread, lightly grilled, topped with fresh sliced roma tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and basil, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and a balsamic reduction.
Arancini Balls: House made risotto and a four cheese blend, lightly breaded with panko bread crumbs and deep fried, served with our house made marinara.
Garlic Shrimp: Jumbo shrimp sautéed in olive oil with garlic, finished with red pepper, lemon and sherry. Served over fresh grilled bread and topped with Pecorino Romano cheese.
